Cooking Instructions


  1. Put a tablespoon of oil into a non-stick frying pan. Turn heat to high.
  2. Place in frozen gyoza, leaving 1cm clearance between each.
  3. Add water until 1cm deep in pan, cover with lid.
  4. Steam for 8 mins.
  5. Remove lid. Allow another 2-3 mins for the remaining water to evaporate.
  6. Crisp the bottoms of the gyoza to a golden brown.
  7. Serve golden side up with Ponzu dipping sauce.
  8. If you like them spicy, add a few drops of chilli oil.
